We appreciate that your Grandstand ticket is the most important aspect of your visit to the Grand Prix and our long experience and helpful staff will ensure that you receive satisfaction. We are pleased to say that time and again we are told that our service and range of seats is unrivalled. We have a very good knowledge of the circuits and we are always happy to help and advise on seats and standing areas.
From us there is no obligation to buy anything other than race tickets so we are able to concentrate on ensuring that you get the ticket of your choice; in some important instances, such as for Silverstone, Monaco and Le Mans, we can give the grandstand row and seat number. And remember that for Le Mans we have a considerable allotment of seats and campsites in this country to choose from; also for the first time we have been able to arrange outside campsites. All prices given for race tickets are fully inclusive, no further charge being made for normal telephone calls, fax, telex, etc. Contained in each schedule of prices at which we sell tickets is an indication of each ticket face value. The difference in that face value and the selling price represents provision for currency fluctuation, speculative loss on unsold tickets to ensure availability, operating costs, VAT and profit margin, collectively known as the "booking fee". We are also pleased to say that we continue to offer our, "No surcharge guarantee" when payment has been made to us in full.

For your added security and peace of mind, we have funds held on a separate Escrow account, for Just Motoring Limited arrangements, maintained and operated by an independent Trustee, which means that these funds will not be released to us until the arrangements made for you by us have been carried out.
